His work focuses on practical, joyful, and character-centred education that helps children grow into confident, expressive, and kind individuals.

As a behaviour technologist and specialist in curriculum development, he has created numerous programs in communication, literacy, drama, musical theatre, storytelling, and character education for young learners. His teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that classrooms should be filled with care, discipline, inspiration, and positive energy—so that every child leaves feeling braver, happier, and more motivated to pursue their dreams.
