Local Delivery

We are pleased to offer local delivery services fulfilled by either Singpost or Ninjavan.

• Delivery Timeframe: Local deliveries typically take between 3 to 5 days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that the delivery period may change and cannot be guaranteed, as it is fulfilled by the respective delivery providers.
• Delivery Areas: We deliver to various locations within Singapore. Please ensure that your address is complete to avoid any delays.
• Shipping Prices: Shipping prices will be reflected on the checkout page, allowing you to see the total cost before completing your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package. All deliveries, with the exception of postcards, will be tracked for your convenience.

International Delivery

For our international customers, we provide tracked delivery through Singpost.

• Delivery Timeframe: International deliveries may take between 5 to 14 working days. The delivery period may change and cannot be guaranteed due to the involvement of the delivery providers.
• Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your package’s journey until it reaches you.
• Shipping Prices: Shipping prices for international orders will also be displayed on the checkout page.
